Payment

When you make a booking on the Accommodationall.com/Chaletsonly.com website you agree to make a payment via a valid credit card. All $ amounts shown are in Australian Dollars and include all taxes. It is your responsibility to make sure all information is accurate. A booking fee of A$4.85 for Visa, Mastercard, A$5.95 for American Express applies to all bookings and is included in the final price.

Payment will be made online via a valid credit card and be charged immediately at time of booking. You must be the credit card holder to make the booking.

Cancellations

For cancellations made within the cancellation period (which is shown on the property page at time of booking ) Accommodationall.com/Chaletsonly.com will charge a administrative fee of A$20.00. Note that the property may also have a cancellation charge. These fees are per chalet, lodge or cottage,etc booked. The booking fee charged is non refundable.

Booking Changes

A administrative fee of A$20.00 applies to all booking changes. Rate charged by property may be different on different dates. If you fail to turn up to the property on the check in date the full amount of the booking is still charged.

Check-in

To guard against fraud the property owner will need to see the credit card that the booking was made with and provide photo ID. They may also photo copy these to provide verification with the credit card provider in cases of dispute.

We are a supplier of chalet, lodge and cottage accommodation provided by our property suppliers, we do not recommend one over another and make no assumptions on the quality of properties offered. All properties supply their own information about themselves.

Credit card information supplied is encrypted by industry standard SSL technology. We do not accept any liability for any downtime of our web site or incorrect information supplied by our accommodation providers
